Description
Our lobster bisque is authentic, unique and premium, with a rich seafood taste and sweet, succulent texture.
It can be used as a sauce for seafood and fish dishes, as well as a gourmet soup.
Preparations
Sauce:- 1200 g (full pouch) yields 11 L; Soup:- 1200 g (full pouch) yields 13 L
Sauce: 85 g of powder to 550ml water and 250ml cream
Soup: 85g of powder to 700ml water and 250ml cream
Blend required amount of powder into lukewarm water while stirring well with a whisk. Bring to boil and stir constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream while stirring well and bring to a quick boil again.
