Description

Our light brown soup powder includes dehydrated champignon mushrooms and is a great alternative to meat-based stocks.

It follows our "NATURAL CHOICE" concept, with no added MSG, trans fats, preservatives, or artificial coloring.

Preparations

Yield: 16.5L

80 g of powder to 900ml water and 100 cream

Blend required amount of soup powder into warm water while stirring well with a whisk. Bring to boil and stir constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream while stirring well and bring to a quick boil again.
