Preparations
Yield: 15 L
80 g of powder to 700ml of mlk, 180g butter.
Blend required amount of sauce powder into lukewarm milk while stirring well with a whisk. Bring to boil and add in required amount of butter, stir constantly. Reduce hear and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
